INDIY DISTRO A&R INTERN

In this internship you will work with our Distro team to to find talented musicians whose music we can distribute to Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal ect. This role will be responsible for finding great musicians who need help to reach more listeners. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, be highly organised, and have a strong interest in the music industry.

What will you learn

• Client prospecting
• Using a CRM
• How to pitch

Responsibilities: 

– Look for great quality music

– Contacting musicians Inbound and Outbound

– Documenting conversations in a CRM

Requirements: 

– Interest in the music industry 

– Strong writing and communication skills 

– Ability to work independently and take initiative
